Shipping & Returns
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on location and carrier fees.
Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-7 business days from the date the order is received.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for your tracking number to show any updates.
High Noon is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please try to ensure that you provide a shipping address that is attended during the day if your mail area is not secure.
International customers are responsible for all taxes and customs duties that the parcel may incur. Please allow extra time for delivery as the customs process may cause delays.
High Noon does not offer refunds on any returned items. Items can be returned for store credit only.
Please be careful when handling and trying on garments. Items must be in original condition/unused with tags and liners intact for store credit. Any return shipping costs are at the customers expense. All return requests must be made within 10 days after the date of delivery. Requests must be made by email to email@example.com.
Store credit will be issued via gift card within 3-7 days of us receiving, inspecting, and approving returned items. Store credit will not include shipping, all shipping costs are non-refundable. Any items received that are deemed by our team to be not in original condition, will be rejected and be immediately returned to the customer. High Noon is unable to issue store credit for rejected returns.
Note that all sale and discounted items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or store credit.
